There are several actions you can take to ensure your appliance installation runs as smoothly as possible. If for whatever reason you struggle to take any of these steps, let us know, we’re always happy to help.
It’s helpful if we can get to the installation area easily. If the appliance you’re moving is too heavy or the wiring systems are complex, let us know and we’ll do that for you.
It might sound like common sense, however, please make sure that the appliance we’re installing can fit inside the desired space. Also, please make sure we can remove the existing appliance.
Ensure that you know what you’re going to do with the appliance we’re replacing. Whether you’re storing it in a garage, taking it to a charity shop or to a disposal site it’s good to have a plan.
Your new appliance may need a well ventilated area. If not installed in the correct place, this could cause problem. Please check that the are we’re installing in is sufficiently ventilated.
Ensure that the necessary utilities, such as electricity, gas, and water, are available and accessible at the installation site. For gas appliances, the gas line will need to be connected and turned off, for electrical appliances, we’ll need a working power outlet nearby.
